Delete Your Account

Use this form to request deletion of your Chimera account and the data associated with it. You do not need the Chimera app installed to submit a request.
What gets deleted
On a full-account deletion we permanently remove (or anonymize) all of the following:
- Your account record and authentication credentials.
- All gameplay state tied to your account — collected cards, chimera discoveries, ratings, match history, currency balances, marketplace listings, in-progress matches.
- Profile data — display name, preferences, daily-streak state.
- Crash and analytics events tied to your account identifier.
What we retain (and why)
A small set of records is kept in an anonymized form — the link to you is severed, but the record itself persists so the rest of the game keeps working for other players:
- AI-moderation audit log — required to demonstrate a moderation process to Apple and Google. The user-id field is nulled.
- AI-usage cost log — required for billing reconciliation. The user-id field is nulled.
- Origin-Splicer credit on chimera cards you discovered — other players still own copies of those cards. The discoverer field on the catalog row is nulled (so your name is removed) but the card itself remains in the game.
- Past marketplace counterparty rows — if you bought a card from another player, your name is nulled on their notification, but the record of the sale on their side stays intact.
How long it takes
We process deletion requests within 30 days. In practice it's usually much faster — most requests are actioned within a few business days. If we need any clarification to find your account, we'll reply to the email you provide below.
About this form
This form is for users who can no longer reach the in-app deletion path (uninstalled the app, lost device access, etc.). If you can still open the app, the fastest path is Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account, which does the same thing immediately.
